01 Acceptance of Terms

Nagad8 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

Nagad8 supports bKash, Nagad, and Rocket as payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi taka (BDT). Nagad8 does not currently support international payment methods or cryptocurrency transactions.

Deposits: Deposits on nagad8 are processed instantly in most cases. The minimum deposit amount is displayed on the deposit page within your nagad8 account. Nagad8 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests on nagad8 are processed as quickly as possible, typically within the same business day. Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Nagad8 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

• You must complete identity verification before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Nagad8 reserves the right to request additional documentation for large withdrawals.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 5.
• Nagad8 may delay or decline a withdrawal if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity on the account.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

Nagad8 offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. By claiming any bonus on nagad8, you agree to the terms of that specific promotion in addition to these general terms.

If your account is closed due to a terms violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation. If the closure is not related to a violation — for example, if you choose to close your own account — any remaining real money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after standard verification checks.
